Yes, the '86 was way nice. I was more impressed with it than any other.
The Lambo door guy, WTF. I think I pissed him off when I remarked about the ramp thing... I asked if it was a last minute oil change.  :what:

I will concede, it's getting harder and harder to make it happen. I've just gotten tired of begging people to make it out to events. Some of our guys are putting forth an effort, so I try to make the GTGs that are worthwhile *cough*...

so any idea what the deal was with the ramps?  i mean, did he think people were going to lay on the ground to look at the underside of it or something?  i mean, had he had some mirrors or something i could see it making sense.

i also saw the cars on the trailer in a vid recently...whats the story on them?  non-tagged grudge street racecars?

Meh, he had what he believed to be the world's first tubular K-member... But as you said, no Mirrors... Probably not too excited about the oil-bathed Opti.

The Trailer queens I can't figure out 100% myself... One was a nitrous sniffing V6, and the other a Procharged LS1 something or another. Neither hit the ground, but he did start the T/A, seemed pretty proud of it. Decent enough ride, but cutting edge in the Stealthy bad ass street car world, far from. I migrated towards the pilsner beverages while a few of our guys listened to his sales pitch. I was told later " You really need to start bringing the rowdy stuff out again now and then, these clowns are getting out of control." *Sigh* Looks like that may be the case.

gotcha.  i have trailered my car places before for meets.  once when the car had no engine/trans and chris (banddirector) needed some support at a middle school car show.  once after i had EFI Alchemy tune the car (when it was still injected) down in jax, and once after a raceday.  no need to trailer it out to a meet under normal circumstances though...i still street drive my car as much as i can afford to.

nice cars regardless, nevermind the deuche-baggery.  have you had a chance to run yours lately?

I feel ya. I'd gladly roll it out to events on the trailer, but for the love of God, at least back it off and put a few street miles on so as not to look like a bully. Haven't done a lot with the '02 lately, went to the local 1/8 in March on a whim just to have something to do, went a 6.07 N/A on a 1.70 R/T.  It's got more in it, but on my budget coupled with dedication, it'll be a while before I have any new bests. I'm liking the convenience factor of the SRC or her T/A a lot VS. 'sikipher and the truck thesedays.
